Claim Process
Research
- To find out who the legitimate claimant is, we first conduct research on the claim. Then, we carefully investigate any additional lien holders who might be able to obtain a share or even the entire amount. Finally, we track down the legitimate claimants and get in touch with them via phone, mail, or both using skip tracing services.
Gather
- A few pages of paperwork will be sent to you for signing. We then put together the entire claims package and submit the claim to the correct agency. We pay all costs and attorney fees; we are ONLY compensated after your claim is successfully collected. You won't pay anything if we fail (which is extremely unlikely).
Submit
- Throughout the entire process, we maintain in touch with the agency to keep the claim going ahead and to answer to any further requests the agency may make. Due to our expertise, we are able to quickly and efficiently claim and recover that money by navigating each agency's processes.
Return
- We then let you know the good news after the agency approves the claim. In ten days, we'll give you your money after the agency issues a check.
Timeline: We will submit your claim to the proper government agency as soon as we have your signed documentation back. From there, the amount of time depends on the complexity of the claim and each state. The monies will often be released in 10 business days, but it may take up to 90 days.
